Cheryl A was born in August 1960.  Cheryl A's father is Orrville D Atwell and her mother is Gertrude A Kangas.  Her paternal grandfather was Andrew J Atwell and her paternal grandmother is Evelyn J Cobaugh; her maternal grandparents were Johannes (John) Kangas and Kathleen G Furby. She has five brothers named John , Orville, Michael, Frederick and William.  She is the second oldest of the six children.
