Kazia (Kate) was born on November 21st, 1841.  Kazia (Kate)'s father was Phillip Peppiatt and her mother was Marie Bavin.  Her paternal grandparents were John Peppiatt and Charlette Perkins. She had three brothers and two sisters, named Alfred, Jesse, Edwin, Charlette and Emma.  She was the second oldest of the six children.  She died at the age of 90 on April 1st, 1932.
